By requesting a quote or booking a cleanout with FortWorthCleanout.com, you agree to these terms.

Quotes. Photo-based quotes are estimates based on what you send us. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions, volume, access, weight, or hazards differ from what was shown.

Items removed. We remove only items you've approved. Mark anything that stays. We are not responsible for items mistakenly left out for removal.

What we don't take. No hazardous chemicals, biohazards, asbestos, paint/oil/flammables, medical waste, or illegal dumping. See What We Remove.

Scheduling. Time windows are estimates. We'll communicate delays. Cancel or reschedule by phone/text.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability. We carry standard service liability. Pre-existing property conditions are not our responsibility.
